Trump Threatens 150 Countries With Tariffs As Moscow Laughs At Ultimatum

United States President Donald Trump seems to want to both start a bunch of wars and get a Nobel Peace Prize. He’s actively threatening tariffs while agreeing to arm Ukraine and giving Moscow an ultimatum.

But Trump probably shouldn’t be too concerned. It isn’t like Nobel Peace Prizes are awarded to those who actually seek peace anyway. Remember, Barack “drone bomber” Obama received one.

In fact, Obama dropped over 26,000 bombs without congressional approval. So Trump should have nothing to worry about. The current ruler is arming Ukraine and gave a weak “ultimatum” to Russia, basically resulting in Russia laughing at its absurdity. The U.S. is little more than the laughing stock of the globe, thanks in large part to its destructive war mongering.

The so-called “14 July ultimatum” has already become a textbook example of Trump’s diplomatic approach. In fact, a new phrase has emerged in American political slang: “Trump Always Chickens Out” or TACO. The acronym speaks for itself. It refers to the president’s habit in trade and security talks of making grandiose threats, only to backtrack or delay implementation. -RT

Three days ago, Trump told Russia to expect tariffs up to 500%, along with sanctions if it didn’t end the war with Ukraine in 50 days.

Trump Gives Moscow 50 Days To End The Conflict With Ukraine, Or The U.S. Will Impose Sanctions

This is obviously nothing more than an open-ended threat backed by ambiguous timelines. What’s more interesting is that the U.S. ruling class didn’t even ask Russia to de-escalate. There were no appeals to halt the almost daily strikes on Ukraine or curb battlefield activity. In effect, Russia has been handed a 50-day window – intentionally or not – to do as it sees fit.

After this “threat,” Trump decided to warn more than 150 other countries of tariffs. The ruler announced plans to notify more than 150 countries that they could soon face new tariff rates of 10% or 15%. While speaking to reporters at the White House on Wednesday, Trump said, “We’ll have well over 150 countries that we’re just going to send a notice of payment out, and the notice will state what the tariff rate is going to be.”

Let us know what you think about all of this. It is all coming together and pointing to war. Do you think it ends up in conflict?
