EAST FORT WORTH, TX — A suspected break-in on the 6000 block of Grayson Street ended in gunfire Monday afternoon after a Fort Worth homeowner reportedly shot a man attempting to force his way inside the residence.
As reported by Hoodline, Fort Worth police were dispatched around 3 p.m. and found an injured man at the scene. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. According to the homeowner, the suspect tried to break into the home, prompting the resident to fire a small-caliber handgun in self-defense.
